Breeding Bellycrawlers

First thing first.... Did several searches and didn't find anything.
I've got a pair of Bellycrawlers that are all colored up and appear to be getting ready to spawn? They dug a cave and everything.
But I cant seem to find anything on breeding them. And I mean anything?
Anyone have any info or done it?

How big are they? What species? My venny is only about 4-5'' and hes by himself and digs holes. So I come to think thats normal behavior.

Crenichla sp. bellycrawlers, about 5.5 inches.

I remember reading if you put cold water or some ice in the tank it imitates the efffect of rain because they usually breed after a rainstorm. Sorry thats all i remember wish i had more info.

oh its actually called a bellycrawler, I always thought that just meant they dont swim much. I feel stupid
