Breeding bristle nose plecs

I got a big male about 4" in my cichlid community I want to buy a female one there are many rock crevices for them to hide how easy would they be to breed in there

Definitely need some kind of cave.
I use clay pots, upside down , and made a hole on the bottom, just big enough for them to get in
Your problem might be your other fish eating the fry when they start to swim around

I have got a clay pot and a coconut I could use I will still try and find a nice large female. Are the females the ones with no bristles

females can have some bristles. They are typically smaller bristles and not as numerous.

They are like the cons of the pleco world..male and female and moderately clean water and you will have babies.

Just watch the tank mates as the male BN will defend the fry which can lead to fights, their feistier than they look!
