breeding chocolate cichlids

i just reasently got a chocolate cichid and i was wondering if i could breed them in a 110. And how do you tell if its a male or female?

Males have a more block shaped forehead, in females it is more rounded. Breeding shouldn't be too difficult, give them lots of cover, tons of good food, and keep the water pristine. they should do the rest
