keep water clean and let them breed. Make sure to have a growout tank for the fry and remove them from the females mouth when they are hatched.

I have 190 gallon tank how will it take them to breed and how to remove the fry from female mouth or can we shift the female carrying fry to other tank and wait until she leave the fry out from her mouth

How big are they? I reccomend gently using your thumb open her mouth and she will spit out the fry.
You can put her in another tank but there is a possibility transporting her will stress her out into swallowing the eggs.

They are about 5 to 6 inches but I don't know wen they get matured

How many times a week should I change water and how much percentage of water change and how should I feed them now

It all comes down to your water parameters. Your tanksize, your bioload and your filtration. I always keep nitrate under 20ppm. In the tank with raypups i keep nitrate under 10ppm.
Whats your readings on yoru parameters?
Ammonia
Nitrite
Nitrate
Ph
And hardness of your water.
