I'm thinking about starting a simple con breeding project for fun(aka I don't expect a lot out of it). Selectively breeding for more orange coloration in females and maybe a slight nuchal hump in males. How long would it take the fry to grow old enough to reproduce? How often should I add new genetics from a different source? Also, what's a good source to get some starters? I would assume the cons at chain stores near me are already interbred.
