No, I wouldn't put a pair of cons in any thing less than a 20. A 5.5 isn't even ok for a female

+1 I have cons in a 20 and the male is at the verge of being too big for the tank. I wouldn't say I have a pair because I can't get the dang things to breed..... I know right...
