currently i have 4 blue pearl destrctor/albidus. each is in their own 10 gallon. i plan to breed them. how should i introduce the couuple? would it be helpful to keep them in a divided tank a few days to get used to each other? i only have 1 male and they were very hard to get so he is very precious to me. do they hurt each other sometimes? i was going to use large rubbermaid tubs with 20 gal filters on them for the babies. i'd really like to be able to seperate them into their own compartments once they are an inch.
my questions are. has anyone done this before? do you have any ideas on setups for raising babies, or even my current setups for my adults? pictures and as much information a possible would help. i'd like as many as possible to survive and i know they tend to eat each other.
