im new to datnoids, are these fish able to breed in large tanks if so are they stable at a young age at around 3 cm and under ,can you sex them and anything else i might need to know

Sorry dude. Breeding dats is a no go.

They're a monomorphic species, sexes are indistinguishable externally. Currently there breeding projects going on overseas with rumored success but not officially confirmed as far as i know. Chances of success for a typical hobbyist? Extremely unlikely, but still possible.
