Hi, i just got a pair of 7 demasoni from my local breeder they was his breeders. Some are f1. I have them mixed with 4 adult yellows, 2 4-5" blue dolphins, 1 3 1/2" red empress, 1 3" red jacob and 1 3 1/2" female red jacob. I was wondering whats the best method to get them breeding. I got the peacocks n haps in the tank because my tank was a peacock/hap tank

You have got to be kidding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All of your tanks are way overstocked to the point that you even want to toss the extras into your gold fish pond!

Demasoni are easy to breed, but do better in a group of 10 to 12, my opinion. Ive tried eight but the dominant male hounded everyone to death. The second time I went with more, no losses even though I still had the big male.
