Breeding EBJDs!

Well, I someday hope to get into breeding my EBJDs. It probably won't be for a while, but I just wanted to hear from anyone else that has tried it. What went wrong? What went right? Did you do anything special? Stuff like that =]

It's a bit easier to breed the EBJD then the regular JD since they are not that aggressive but there still cichlids. They are a bit more sensitive as well. So clean water, lots of good food, variety.

Thanks for that link loves severums! That was very informative, I am just waiting for mine to pair off right now, I am really hoping I have a BGJD female, but I have no idea if she is or not.

I am also really hoping that this is a male EBJD, He is the prettiest juvie I have seen and I would love to carry on his bloodlines!

I would guess that you have 2 males. Iam not sure about the EBJD as they are considerably harder to sex but am 99% confident that the other is a male.
