i just bred my convicts and know im really into breeding fish. is their any other easy to breed fish that i would be able to sell the babies to lfs for a reasonable profit. nothing like guppies, platies, mollies that type of stuff. im looking for a fish that is easy to keep with the specific needs. also the fish is easy to sex

i meant with no specific needs.

guppies and plattys have lots of babies, but you won't make much.
corys are easy, kribs, rams... [rams and krins it's just temperature maintainance]... idk...

Best bet is to find out what the local stores are willing to buy from you.

there are few easy to breed fish that will be worth much profit to you if you will sell to LFS, their ease of breeding probably means they are cheap fish that they otherwise won't be giving much if anything back for

Anything that breeds easily will not sell for much. If you think about it it makes sense. This exact question has probably been pondered by every aquaraist out there. I did some research on it my self and found out that fancy guppies can be very profitable. But the scale of the program it takes is unbeleiveable. Think somewhere in the ballpark of 50 10g tanks and 10 or so 55's and you will be close to make a good profit. I am thinking good profit as in around 250 dollars a month. And also you can expect the project to not make a dime for the first couple years. Because it will take your first fry 6-8 months to become of size to sell. And you will be playing catch up to money allready spent for a while. And then on top of that you will have to set up some sort of transport to deliver these fish to several different pet stores. It would probably take another vehicle like a box van. And you would need some way to keep the fish alive for hours as you drive all over a few states selling the fish. i know it sounds crazy and funny but do some general internet searches on the subject the plans are out there and they break it all down for you.

do you need too have a license too sell breaded fish too stores?

you mean like fish sticks or fillets?

you don't need a license to sell fish to a store but they might want you to have a tax number and business license before they will buy any large quantity of fish.
