How can you tell if a pair is ready to breed? How do you introduce the fish to each other? Do you put them in the same tank and put a divider in for a few days then take divider out? What signs should I look for to make sure they are compatable? Thanks for any info that you can give me.

when the stop beating each other up is when they've paired up. yes, put a divider between them because 9/10 times when they first meet they are going to fight. when they both start to do the side way shake is usually when they are ready to breed.
