skooby posted the same thread. I find that ZZs breed more readily than all other strains...for me, as little as 3 inches. Other strains, like kamfas need more time to mature for some reason.

I've seen them breed at 2-3 in.It was a batch of fry in a 55 and 2 paired off.

Above info is accurate, females reach sexual maturity at an earlier age, laying aggs as small as 2"

More like at what age, an it depends on the strain its alot if trial an error,as with breeding any fish
