Hi,
I am curious as to how albinos are created. I understand that recessive genes cause this, but what breeding methods are used to increase your chances of getting an albino? Inbreeding? Just looking for some basic info, thanks!

You need a parent with the albino gene. More often than not, this gene is recessive, and a fish will have two genes for coloration.

Normal fish= NmNm
Heterozygous for albino trait= NmAl
Homozygous for albino= AlAl

You need only one parent either hetero or homo for the albino trait. Within a generation (inbreeding the offspring), you'll have fish that are homozygous for the trait and will look albino (ie lack of pigmentation in skin, red eyes, sensitivity to light, etc).

Google "punett square" and you should be able to locate some basic info there. Hit me with a pm if you want me to explain the squares to you, but most of it should be fairly easy to understand.
