Ok here is the deal I have a 10 gal with water in in and a filter to move the water around. In a couple days I plan on getting some freshwater fiddlers with the main intention of breeding them. I've had them before wtihout doing my research. I've don my research but still have some questions. I know they need water and land areas. I also know they are excape artists. I know how to sex them. I have a 10 gal set up and am raising feeder guppies, snails, and plants for them to eat. I really need a male to female ratio given the males compeate for the females. I also don't want to have my tank overcrowded by having too many. Any advice would be awesome!!! Thanks and I'm new to MFK and must say this beats yahoo answers hands down for information!

i agree with anonymous but it might be a little difficult to breed crabs. I have looked into it and unfortunately not many will actually breed in captivity due to their set up dose not have the sufficient materials need for the baby crabs to live in. I wish you luck and if you do by chance get them to breed~ congrats and please share your project :)
