Breeding grass shrimp?

I just went to my local pond to collet a water sample to seed my cycling tanks. After adding the water I noticed hundreds of small grass shrimp. (Identical to ghost shrimp really) I was wondering how you would go about breeding them? They were caught in an all freshwater pond. They have been there for years.

If they are the same species as ghost shrimp, they should be pretty easy to breed. I bought eight from a PetSmart, and put them in my 20L. I missed a wc/gravel vac and kept the tank lights off for a couple days on accident and then I noticed that one of the shrimp was carrying some eggs. I really have no idea what my params are, I've been saving to by the API Master Test kit.

Carrying eggs is one thing.....did you actually raise shrimps though?
