Breeding GT's

Hey as most of you know I got an Ausome pair of GT's. so I was wandering. How long till they breed and if they do breed in my 300g then I want them to have a tank just for them so wt would be a good tank for just this pair was thinking an 100g.?? Anyway this is my 300g. We're would they lay the eggs?

If you dont them digging up a huuuge pit in that substrate you should add some terra cotta pots or saucers. Or add something for them to clean and use. Were they a breeding pair? Did they give any history in them?
