So, my Mom said it would be OK for me over the summer to breed some guppies. Not the feeder guppies, but the fancy colorful ones.
I was thinking of have my 10 gallon set up with guppies in it, with either a breeding net that is in the 10 gallon, or a seperate 5 (or 10) gallon tank for the fry so the parents don't eat them.
Questions:
1- Is there any male/female ratio? (how many females per male)?
2- Is 10 gallons to small for them to spawn?
3- How long does it take for them to spawn?
4- Any certain temperature that the water needs to be for them to spawn?
Thanks, it will be MUCH appreciated if I got most of these questions answered
