Breeding idea

I wanted to make a few more $$$ so I was wandering if in my 55g il put 2 dividers ( il end up with 3 16" compartments) and in each I want a pair if angels (I want some high grade domes so I make more $$ was thinking a platinum any other ideas?) then in my 30g il put 1 divider and have a pair of convicts on each compartment. What do you think

I think you tried to sale a common pleco for 250 plus dollars?????? I cant take anything you ask seriously anymore! I think your like 15 to be honest, and not educated to keep fish in a bowl.

Compartmentalized breeding with cichlid doesn't really work doesn't give them enough room to escape their mates. The con idea would just be kinda of a mess. If you really wanna do it go a pair of cons and a pair of angels. Cons in the 30 angels in the 55. another thought is to split each tank in half but no more than that.

This is kinda like the same question, you asked at another thread... I believe I tried my best to answer all your questions there already.... split the tank if you only artificial hatch... if not, the frys will be eaten...theyre small enough to escape to the other side and become munchies...

I say just put the fish together and let them go at it. Either way the fry wont survive or the parents will kill each other off especially during breeding.
