so im getting a 125 gallon tank and want a breeding pair how may young fry do i need to order to get a chance at getting a pair they are also unsexed on the website im buying them from they have four 2.5 inch juviniles and four 3 inch juviniles what should i do

Get all 8. It will give you the best chance of getting a pair. Just make sure you have lots of hiding spots.

Agree with the above, and when a pair, pairs off, don't immediately get rid of the rest. Others in the tank will help allow the pair bond to become stronger.
I will sometimes (if the tank is large enough), slip in a divider between the non-paired individuals and the pair, this allows the male to display, and vent, to focus his heightened spawning hormone aggression toward the others. Once the bond is set, you can remove the others
Just an FYI, managuense are not South American cichlids, they are endemic to Central America, places like the great lakes of Nicaragua.
