breeding jags?

i have a pair of jags and she will lay the eggs , but wont let him near them 2 do his thing.. what do i do?

Seperate them for 2 weeks, and try again.

Light a candle, throw on some valour sheets and pour a glass of wine. No seriously, seperate them for 1-2 weeks, and try again. Powerfeed the female.

what do u mean by power feed the female?

feed her 3 times a day. Foods high in proteins. I feed earthworms that are gut loaded w/ vitamins and minerals. Weekly water changes too.

yeah, earthworms, live ghost shrimp, crickets, im a firm believer in bloodworms.

maintain water quality as best u can, introduce some purigen to the system perhaps.

can u get water from another tank of breeding jags? this will contain breeding hormones.

ur half way there, keep trying, and be patient and persistent.
