breeding jewel cichlids?????

I have been pairing jewel cichlids for a couple of weeks and have briding pair now. My fry have started free swiming and dont really know how much and often to feed. I also have no clue how long to wait before i have to remove the fry. any comments will help thanks.

Once they are free swimming you can remove them.
They make food for fry, it is like a powder.
Feed them small amounts 2 or perferably 3x a day.

They like bbs in addition to powdered fry food. I usually leave the jewel fry with the parents for 1 week, as long as there are no other fish in the tank.
