Yes, Pterygoplitchthys joselimaianus, also is L022, and have common names such as gold spot pleco (maybe more are given in the loricariid ID thread.
Breeding... could be done in a big enough tank i suppose if you made a good background with loads of caves in it. Is usually done in ponds though, with muddy bank walls where they can dig caves and do what they do.
