Hi i have 7inches large female which is already laying eggs so can i breed with 5inch male is it possible and how many days should i keep in partition to get pair bcoz they are always fighting with each other i think bcoz female is larger than male so psl advice what should i do can they get pair and so pls im waitng for expert isadvice......................

leave the divider in the the tank and but ur pot or what ever u use to lay eggs underneeth the divider with have being on both sides and see what happenes

at what age he is ready to spawn for eggsThats a nice male they could pair up but it takes some patience. males take a lil longer to get sexually mature then females imo but the divider method helps you can also try some dither fish if the tank or a mirror. The female should be ready to lay again about every two weeks or so. How big is the tank?
lenght 3 feets height 2 feet and breadth 2 feet and one more thing how we should we know male is mature and ready to get pair and spawn to eggs pls guide me,,,,,,,,,,
A bigger tank will help plus hiding spots cool water changes trigger spawning sometimes. you can tell the male is mateur when he helps the female with the eggs and protect the spawn site. The male in my avatar fans the eggs and helps move the fry around and never really tries to fight with the female he wont let ne thing near the tank. he got me pretty good a few times
but my male has eaten eggs two times and he is fear with female bcoz she is bigger then male as well so what should they both liplocking together when ever i release them even today i have try when female was dancing so male is running here and there i dnt know what should i do im really confused bt thanks to god u r helping me a lot so pls guide me............................
i say try the divider method stated earlier if nothing else is wrking. It is possible they just are not compatable mabey try another female
