i live in MD does anyone know if i need a license too breed fish and sell too a local fish store (not wal-mart i know how some of you feel) not sure even want too breed. like start with two fish when they have baby's they make a community then when it starts too overflow with fish take em out and sell too help pay for the expensive of the fish??? not even sure if im up too breeding right away.

You'll need a federal tax ID to sell to local stores, that's why they only offer store credit.

You'll have to register a business in your name, get a fed tax ID, but you don't need a license to breed.

is there a minimum age limit?

I believe you need to be eighteen or older, but I may be mistaken. In addition, you should have some idea of how much stores generally pay for the type(s) of fish you want to sell. Many times my customers are upset when they learn how much I would give them. I base the price on what I can get them for via a transhipper. Unless it is something rare and in demand, don't expect to be able to move too many at a time, or to make a true "profit".

ok, i know alot of licenses are any age type of things. well thanks. guess (if my future tank is jam packed i can sell some too pet store)
