i just picked up 4 black mollies today. the lady at the lfs couldnt tell me the gender so im just hopeing i got atleast 1 of each sex. their in a 10gal with lots of artifical plants and gravel. i also put 2 small bumble bee cats in their to clean up any left over food. does anyone have an recommendations for me to get them to breed faster. i want to user their fry as feeders for my TSN and RTC, eventually i wunna grow the fry out as feeders for my larger cats.

I had some swordtail fry in the bottom of the wetdry that went through the filter and ended up there. I bought a few bumblebee cats and 2 went into the wet dry. I now have no swordtail fry. Just an FYI
I have 2 mollies, and am pretty sure we have male and female, as one is plump and the other is not, and both are the same age. I Inherited them about 3 months ago, and the owner said that they *Possibly* had babies, but that they might have been eaten.
Are there any labor signs
? will i need to get a floating baby saver?
any comments are appreciated.
(my cichlid fry are doing nicely and they are easy to keep. just dont know much about mollies and platys.)

Anything else in the tank with them? Plenty of plants can help with that also if its just the parents.. if not get one of those hang on baby nets then transfer to there own tank.
The males have a big dorsal/sail fin. The Females have a lot smaller 1. they breed like crazy. I have 3 males and about 15 females. There r always Fry in the tank. GL
