One of my females are holding, its been about 2 days now... is it best to leave them alone or strip them?

They say it is much better to just let them go for the first time... A lot of times it will spook them so bad they may never breed again if you strip them, chances are you will lose all the fry if you leave her alone but it will teach them to be good parents and it is much better for the fish!!!! Good luck!!!
