I have a pair of ottcinclus that I think are male and female, how can I tell and how do I get the eggs and stuff

I was examining them and saw the female with lots of white eggs and I don't no what to do with it I really don't want the other fish to eat the eggs. Please any help?!?
It is my understanding that Oto's are incredably hard to breed in captivity. But because you've seen eggs thats a good sign.
