recently purchased a proven pair of red top.geos and I was wondering if they will spawn successfully with 2 colombian zebra plecos, L114, cichla kelberi, and a prochilodus. im concerned about the plecos eating their eggs or the kelberi puts fear into the geos from having their spawn eaten. pls lmk!

most likely the eggs won't make it with those tank mates I'd say get a seprate tank like a 40 or 50 breeder and put them by themselves a 75 would be better but I've noticed my breeding pairs won't breed anymore due to me putting all my geos together in one tank which I don't mind cause I don't care if they breed or not but if your looking to breed them the best thing to do would be to get them by themselves and give them ideal conditions and high quality diet and they should breed regularly... plecos can be a pain when it comes to eating eggs and your cichla which your saying is kelberi can actually become quiet aggressive mine was the meanest bass I ever owned he killed 2 bigger bass then him and constantly faught my 18 inch male mono and he was only like 10 inches lol so if they do actually feel comfortable enough to lay eggs most likely they won't make it anyway
