I have a large breeding pair of red tiger motaguense cichlids. Female is about 7-8", the male about 8-9" (estimates). The female is very colorful orange-red. The male is colored like a male. These have bred for me many times and do so every few months or so. Currently they are in a 75 gallon by themselves. They seem to enjoy the 75 more than they did my 125. They will quarrel with one another from time to time, so the tail fins sometimes get split but they always heal. I'm not 100% sure what the condition of their tails is at present, but again tail splits are not permanent.
I have not given much face time to any of my tanks lately, so the pair is a bit shy at the moment. This makes getting decent pics difficult if not impossible. So no pics, but interested parties are welcome to come by and check them out without obligation to buy.
