I am preparing a female parrot and a male chichlid in a nursery tank but this is my first attempt...

The female previously laid eggs twice with a male parrot but they got eaten very quickly...

Once they bread in the nursery tank, should i remove the male? Or when they hatch, should I do this then or leave them both in??

Any advice welcome!

I guess it depends on how big the nursery tank is. Male con's are usually pretty good dads. If the tank is too small it may pose a problem I would give them 20-29 gallons at least. I've seen Convict pairs with many generations of fry they allowed to live with them. But these were in 40-55 gallon tanks. If the breeding tank is fairly small let them spawn then take the male out. Keep an eye on mom too, if she starts snackin on her kids take her out.

Each time i'm breeding, I like to remove the male after he does his business or even the next day. Don't want him to get hungry and eat the eggs.
