Breeding Peacock Bass

Any one breeding Peacock bass? I was thinking about trying to catch some down here in Florida and breeding them. What does everyone think?

They will want a pretty big tank before they breed. Contact JuanTamad about them. He does it the smart way: he waits for them to spawn in the lake in his back yard and then gathers the wigglers. His garage and back porch are full of all kinds of them.

Im sure it not much different then any egg layer. They breed LM bass here in above ground pools with rocks and a filter type pad for the nest.

I would do it juan's way or you could just try home breeding them but look to juan for tips.
