Breeding pike cichlids?

Has anybody had any luck breeding pike cichlids? I have a pair of sveni pike and the male seems to be doing everything he csn to get the females attention, protects a spot in the tank, vibrates in front of her constantly but she just doesnt seem interested yet doesnt leave his side.... Is it just a matter of time?

Until someone chimes in I suggest trying a a water change with water a little cooler than the aquarium water.

Sound alike you’re doing everything right. Feed them live or frozen to condition the female. They should spawn in no tome

They get fed a variety of pellets, prawns, mussels and lance fish, what do you suggest as live feed?
