Hey so this is my breeding project that I'm doing what you guys think.

*55g
5- male starlight bristlenose pleco with white streams

8- female starlight bristlenose pleco with white streams

2- female super red bristlenose pleco

6- breeding caves

1- male platinum angelfish

1- female platinum angelfish

1- male jet black angelfish

2-breeding cones

1-male red turquoise discus

1- female red turquoise discus

1- male red dragon discus

1- female red dragon discus

*40g breeder #1

2- 1 1/2in PVC's stacked like pyramid

15- marble crayfish or aka self cloning crayfish.

would not mix the red plecos in with the others... u want to keep the strains separate for the trade... why waste time with convicts unless u are going to use them as feeders
 
I must agree the super red ancistrus are line bred for that super red color. If you breed them with anything else you will just end up with more browns find your self a nice SRA and you will have yourself a nice breeding trio! I just love the super reds but beware that due to line breeding the babies are very sensitive. That would be why they are so expensive. After about 1.5 inches they are safe to sell but before that there is a higher mortality rate.
