When do i put in methayne blue into the breeding tank? After eggs are layed or before?

after or before doesnt matter. But after they fertilize the eggs, you can add more water current and you dont need to put that stuff. That's to prevent fungus.

Methylene blue will quickly kill your beneficial bacteria. Really only needed if you are raising the eggs without the parents in a separate tank. Also very useful for egg scatterers like corydoras.
