Breeding questions

Finally eggs out of my bonsai male and KKP female. She is doing a great job of fanning and guarding. The male will sometimes chase her off and he will fan. She doesn't allow him to stay long. Do I keep the parent fish with the eggs? One or both? Too
early to tell if fertile. Any good prepared foods for the fry or just hatch brine shrimp?

I keep mine with the parents until they free swim. I feed my fry brine shrimp flakes and crushed up pellets.

Thanks for feeding tip.
Had to remove the male today. Won't leave the female alone to fan the eggs. She's doing great with them.
Another question. About how many days from the time the eggs are laid until the fry free swim and feed? Bad timing for laying. I'm going out of town soon. Might have to find a sitter!
