I have 3 rcs in my 5 gal tank and suddenly the most little one have a saddle! and i think the other two are males. will they breed? if yes how many weeks will I wait till I see the female pregnant?

Did you get any berried shrimp? In my experience you need more than 3 shrimps to get a colony...
They are happy when they are around more of same kind...
 
Congrats. You would have to wait approximately three-four weeks depending on the temperature of the tank. The warmer the tank, the faster the eggs will develop and hatch off from the mother.
 
3-4 weeks is a good time. I've kept my cherries in 80*F and high 60's*F at different times. You have a trade off. The higher the temp, the faster the eggs develop and hatch, the faster they grow, but they faster they burn out and die too. With higher temps you also risk bacterial infections.

Since I selectively breed my neos, I like to speed up the generations so I can get more done in a shorter tiem period. However that means I have to constantly be aware of water conditions/shrimp health as well.
