I'm looking at setting up a breeding tank for some sort of feeders. I will be feeding Mbuna Cichlids.
From what I've been reading it sounds like shrimp would be the best option. What type of shrimp would be the best?
I heard some people talk about the cherry shrimp being easier than others to raise?
I'm wondering what kind of nutritional value they have? Are they a worthy food or more of a treat? What size tank should I look to use as my breeding tank? I have a 10g tank in the basement, would this work? I would like to be able to feed 15-20 mbuna cichlids.
I had the idea of doing a planted breeding tank for the shrimp as well. I was going to put it in our bedroom so I wanted it to look decent too.
