hey guys whats up....i want to try to breed motoros..i was wondering if i get a male and female motoro...will they breed or is like i need to get like 5 and hope they pair up....

yeah but what i was thinking is if i buy a male and a female will they pair up or they difficult to get to pair up?

sometimes you need another male in the tank to start it up, they get protective and try and be the first ones to breed
okay well im in the process of builing a pond 8ftx4ft so the space is easy and the filtrtion should be hard...can i keep the other male in there after one male breeds with the female
sure, i have two males and two females in my tank right now, if one male doesnt breed for you, you can always sell him...
okay thanks....and what can i expect for a growth rate for motoros at best conditions....and at what size do they breed averagely
within a year and a half they will be breeding size, males mature at smaller sizes... right around 10" females are mature somewhere between 10-12"
