Raise temp, and use cold water for water changes. This will mimic rainy season and is a good spawning trigger for most cichlids. Also the addition of live foods besides their staple pellet will mimic the point when river banks are flooded and new food sources become available. Do all three in unison, and you'll likely see spawning behavior.
