Brichardi Questions!

i want to set up a planted tank could i keep Brichardi with Hemianthus callitrichoides with them? if so would the fish eat it?

also i always 4get the name of this fish but its a algae eater and is silver with bright red and black tail n dorsal fins i think it starts with a P if u know the name plz let me know and if the brichardi would attack it

the brichardis are very aggressive when they start breeding

the fish in picture is a semaprochilodus taeniurus, and i have serious doubts that you know what you are doing
