Brightest lightbulb

I have a 55 gallon tank and the light is really nice and bright
and then in my 29 gallon my tank looks yellow and greenish
and i think it is because of the lightbulb. I am looking for a birhgt light
tha makes clean white light and the more powerful the better
does anyone have any recomendations?

try something in the 10,000~18,000 kelvin range

More powerful isn't what you want. You want a better color temperature. As stated above look for a higher Kelvin rating.
