Brightest Lights Available?

Hey guys,

I was just wondering what are the brights bulbs I can buy without harming my fish and keeping my plants happy?

My tank is a 55gal and holds:

1 Birchir
6 Chiclids

Misc Plants

I have a hold that holds 2 bulbs with the 2 pins on the end of each light.

The current bulbs are 1 blue 35 watt and 1 white 25 watt.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
