Brine, krill, and mysis shrimp

They are all about the same. It really depends on the fish you are feeding. Bigger fish need bigger food.

I only use newly hatched brine shrimp (artemia) since they come packed with energy and goodness from the egg reserves and since they are alive, baby fish instinctively eat them. I dont just feed to babies though, I also dump directly into my central filters so they spread right through all my tanks as even adult fish enjoy them.

I havent used mystis or krill but I sometimes use frozen prawns.

Annie - Thats HIKARIs food formula, not the actual shrimp. ie Hikari Mystis shrimp food has min 50% protein but this doesnt mean mystis themselves are 50% Crude Protein, Crude Fat 0.8% Min, Crude Fiber 1.5% Max. etc
but the answer (and differrences) will be online somewhere out there I am sure.
