i am just wondering where can i get a brine shrimp eggs to hatch?? im planning to hatch it. ive been to every lfs and they dont seemed to have it.. and how much do they cost for onE?

The reason I ask this is because the first time I got bbs eggs, the employees didn't know, and fortunately I looked around and found some. You never know.
I'm sure a simple google search will yield desirable results, and you can order some online. Brine shrimp eggs aren't very expensive.
You might also be able to find "sea monkey" kits in places that sell toys for kids. These contain brine shrimp eggs. However, they usually contain arbitrary sophisticated "cool houses" for the brine shrimp, at a high price; probably not your best bet there. Perhaps if worst comes to worst.

Be aware I simply used a plastic box with salt water used to keep brine shrimp; a specifically designed brine shrimp hatchery would have yielded a better hatching rate.
