brine shrimp

I have a red oscar that is a size of a quarter, just wondering if brine shrimp is a good source of food and color enhancer for fish?

Freshwater fairy shrimp would be better IMO. Baby brine shrimp would work well, but adults are not very nutritious.

ghost shrimp are goood too. And blood worms, and when he gets older krill is a great color enhancer.

their pretty good for color enhancement like everyone said krill will eventually be better
