What are the steps I need to take to make this happen?

Originally I planned on importing some rays into the country but I do not have a broker to do so. I have decided on driving up to Canada and just following the procedures necessary to bring them in that way.

Who has experience with this?
Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.

You need to contact fish and wildlife in area you plan to bring them back thru and submit all proper papers and notification, also have to schedule inspection at the border cause there are no fish and wildlife agents there on regular basis.

Contact fish and wildlife.

It's definetly not easy to get them shipped in.

I did a lot of checking into this, IF you're going to do it on a regular basis it is worth it but a lot of work for a one time deal to get 6 rays or less (quota for non commercial sale)

If I remember correctly Big Daves Rays (MFK username) has done this on several occasions.
Try contacting him and see what he had to do. If I remember correctly he stated to me
that as long as you only have three or four it wasn't a big deal. That was a while
back so.......
