55 is good.. since they are small plecos.. they need to be about 4-5inch and will be adults..

^ agreed, the reason why a 10 gallon won't work is once the babies come... there won't be any room.

i have had them breed at 3 inches.A 55 is good size.

Anyone know the L-Number on the bristle noses? I cannot find it. I am thinking of buying a large group of them like . I have a 2.5 inch male with huge bristles.

FYI, common bristlenoses don't have L numbers. As far as the others... I don't know, sorry.

There is L144, which is an albino with blue eyes.
