I have one typical male bristle nose pleco and two female longfin albino bristle nose plecos. If I were to place them all together in their own tank with proper conditions would breeding them be no problem and what are the odds of producing long fin albinos?

try a guy by the name of 76ray. he might know.. he's a bristle nose breeder..

It would depend on their ancestry. Albino traits are recessive and I'm not too sure about long fin but because it isn't a natural trait, I would assume it was recessive too. If the Male has had any albino or longfinned predecessors then you've got a pretty good chance of producing them but it's hard to predict if you don't know. The best way to find out is to go with it and see what you get.

Hi all what is the minimum tank size for a bristle nose pleco with them not growing as large as most plecs.
