I broke my standard 180 while trying to take off the trim and i would like to use the other side panel as the glass on a ply wood build. i believe its 1/2 inch glass how many gallons can the tank be with this glass? thank you

It depends how deep you want to go, not how many gallons. 1/2" I wouldn't go much more than 24" deep.
